Thokoman Foods has launched its Negotiations Academy in partnership with global experts Soufyen Ammar and Badr Zemmama, reinforcing its commitment to building world-class commercial capabilities.

Soufyen, a Learning & Development expert with over 20 years of experience at Carrefour Europe, brings deep expertise in negotiation training and development. Badr, 25 Years of Expertise in negotiation with Global Retailers & International Brands, adds valuable GCC & Africa retail & supplier negotiation strategies and tactics.

The program kicked off with a three-day workshop in Johannesburg, followed by personalized coaching sessions running throughout the 8 months ahead. It includes all Thokoman Foods employees who interact with suppliers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and international customers.
