A Leap to Make It Happen

Basamh Group Leadership Summit 2024 was an inspiring gathering of leaders and partners committed to shaping the future and driving impactful change, under the theme of Make It Happen. The event provided a platform for collaboration, meaningful discussions, and alignment around the Group’s 2030 vision. Through impactful keynote speeches and dynamic panel discussions, we identified the cultural pillars needed to achieve our 2030 vision.

Keynote speakers Wayne Hoffman and Dr. Hesham Almekkawi enriched the summit with their invaluable insights. Their experiences exemplified what it truly means to "Make It Happen," blending personal growth with professional excellence. In addition, the panel discussion “The Make-It-Happen Mindset” featuring Ekaterina Eliseeva – Bonduelle Eurasia Export CEO, Bobby Rajedran – Tamimi CEO, Ashish Goupal – Marico CEO, and Maher Loubieh – Hala CEO, moderated by our very own BTC MD - Mustafa Farouq, brought additional depth, exploring the behaviors required to turn vision into action.

The presence of our external partners from around the world added a special dimension to the summit, fostering an exchange of ideas that further strengthened our collective commitment to excellence. Together, we discussed the importance of building a culture that challenges the status quo while staying grounded in our core values. As leaders, the responsibility to drive this transformation lies in our hands. The strategies we’ve developed are only as strong as the actions we take to implement them.
